You've noticed something's shifted
She used to tell you everything. Now the door's closed more often than not. Maybe she's shrinking herself to fit in, or trying so hard to be perfect that she's exhausted. You've asked if she's okay. She says she's fine.
You're not doing anything wrong. Sometimes girls need another supportive adult to talk to who's just there to listen. That's where we come in.

Why I started Worthie
When I was 15, there were times I felt completely alone with feelings I had no words for.
Then one adult sat with me. She didn't try to fix it. She just stayed and listened. That's when I realised how powerful it is to have someone be present and listen.
I'm on a mission to help as many teens as possible feel seen, heard and valued in the same way I did that day.
